Founded in 2000 by Ernst Renner and Robert Nocera, NEOS has developed proprietary industry solutions that address business modernization challenges quickly and efficiently. Our proprietary solutions and customized services, combined with a practical work ethic, deep business acumen, and attention to client-service, create a strong basis for our client partnerships.
Starting out with a focus on systems modernization, our founders expanded our service offerings to address the true core of modernization: optimizing business operations. In our view, modernization encompasses of three areas: Business Operations, Data and Systems.

Some of our senior consultants have come from our core business domains to NEOS having held executive, senior management or other key positions in large US corporations.

NEOS LLC is the parent company to NEOS Software, LLC. NEOS Software is branded as "Vgo" or "Vgo Software". Vgo was established in 2005 and provides world-class solutions for the tools-based modernization of software applications. Vgo is recognized by Oracle Corporation as an Oracle SafeSwitch Partner, a designation given to only a few service companies in the world that have proven excellence in the practice of moving legacy technologies from companies such as Sybase, Microsoft and IBM, to Oracle. Vgo also has patent-pending products, Evo and ART, which support application portfolio assessments, business rules harvesting, and provide project-velocity in automating aspects of the conversion process.
